Security Guard – Uttar Pradesh
Hike7 Ventures is hiring Security Guards for various residential, commercial, industrial, corporate and institutional locations across Uttar Pradesh.
Job Responsibilities:
• Protect company premises, buildings, offices and other assigned locations.
• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors and vehicles.
• Maintain security and visitor records.
• Conduct regular security rounds and patrols.
• Prevent unauthorized entry and report suspicious activities.
• Check identification documents when required.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems where applicable.
• Respond quickly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain discipline and follow all company security procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and local authorities when required.
• Maintain daily duty and incident reports.
• Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous security experience will be an advantage.
• Good physical fitness and alertness.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and punctual.
• Candidates must be willing to work in shifts.
